乾麺にはめずらしく自家農園で育てた
有機のデュラム小麦のセモリナ粉（遺伝子組み換えではない）を使用。
解放鶏舎で元気に育った雌鶏の産み立ての有機の卵
(ヨーロッパで有機の卵コンテストで優勝！)をたっぷり使っています。
１～２分で茹でられインスタント食品のように便利！しかも添加物なし!!
セモリナ粉を使っているのでグルテンのコシが強く
アルデンテが保たれます。
水を一切使わず1kgの粉に対し10個前後の新鮮な卵を使っています。

Campofilone Egg Pasta
— Achieving a texture remarkably close to fresh pasta —
An ultra-thin pasta with a width of just 1mm.
 
Unlike most dried pasta, it is made using organic, non-GMO durum wheat semolina grown on the producer’s own farm. It also contains plenty of freshly laid organic eggs from free-range hens raised in open henhouses — eggs that have even won top prizes in European organic egg competitions.
 
It cooks in just 1–2 minutes, making it as convenient as instant food — yet with no additives. Thanks to the use of high-quality semolina, the pasta has excellent gluten strength and maintains a perfect al dente texture.
 
No water is added during production; approximately 10 fresh eggs are used for every 1kg of flour.
