What can I buy at TORETATE? You can purchase a box filled with carefully selected seasonal ingredients (seafood, vegetables, meat, fruit, etc.) exclusively for members. We are planning to expand our product lineup, so if you have any requests, please let us know in the enclosed questionnaire.

What can I do as a member? You can purchase products and view simple recipes.

What payment methods are available? Registered members can pay by credit card or debit card on this site.

When will my delivery arrive? Your item will be delivered on the delivery date indicated in the product name. You cannot select a delivery time. Please note that due to air freight schedules from Japan, the delivery date may be earlier or later than expected. We will contact you in advance if this is the case.

What is the delivery area? We deliver within Singapore.

How should I store ingredients? Please store properly (refrigerate, freeze, etc.) as directed on the enclosed label or packaging.

Can you accommodate allergies? Currently, we are unable to accommodate allergies.

What happens if I am not at home to receive the package? We are unable to arrange redelivery. If you are not at home, we will leave the package at your door or have the concierge leave it for you. Please refrigerate or freeze the package within two hours of delivery.
