Chef Masanao Saito
He started his career as a chef at the age of 15, gaining experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in Japan (Tokyo and Okinawa), Sweden, and Singapore.
He also served as chef at the official residence of the Japanese Embassy in Sweden, where he established a unique cooking style that combines European and Japanese food cultures.
In 2022, he opened his own store, "Masa Saito Innovative," in Singapore.
I have also been appointed as a Higashine Fruit Goodwill Ambassador, and I am bringing the appeal of fruits from Higashine City, Yamagata Prefecture to everyone.

Born in Brazil in 1996.
Although she had aspired to go to art university, she chose to become a hairdresser in order to deepen her own approach to creativity.
In his pursuit of the essence of expression, he became strongly attracted to the art of photography, which captures a moment forever, and in 2022 he left his job as a hairdresser to enter the world of design.
His passion for art, which he could not completely let go of, was further refined through his work at a design firm, and he continues to create works that transcend genres, including producing a wide variety of works as a photographer and being in charge of the murals at the Ginza Hyatt Centric .
Currently based in Tokyo, he is active as a multi-creator working across design, photography, and art.
He continues to create his own unique worldview through a wide range of expressions, including solo exhibitions, live painting, and corporate logo creation.
Responsible for the TORETATE logo and design.
