Cetroni olive oils are exceptionally elegant, beautifully aromatic, and leave a long, refined finish. This premium extra virgin olive oil has an extraordinarily low acidity level of below 0.09%, resulting in a smooth, delicate texture of the highest quality.

Produced at an altitude of 500 meters in the Sonnino area, only about 20,000 bottles are made annually within a limited 10km radius — making it a rare and precious oil.

It pairs wonderfully with carpaccio, shellfish dishes, and grilled lean red meats. Refined, fragrant, and perfectly balanced.
